How does your product/service work?

Our mats are made to order with care. For customised mats, simply share the text you wish on the mats with us in the order section and our team will call you to confirm the details and get your approval before production. Mats from our other collections are also made to order, ensuring every piece is prepared especially for your home.

How long does it take?

Our mats are custom-made to order so the customisation process requires approximately 4 working days.

Do you offer COD?

Since all our mats are made to order we don't provide a COD payment.

Can the mats be washed?

We recommend spot cleaning or gently brushing and shaking off dirt; avoid machine washing or soaking the mat in water.
