Returns & Refunds policy
Made for you, after you order.
At Florazio, each mat is made to order. We do not keep finished mats waiting in inventory. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your mat begins its journey through preparation and printing.
For this reason, all Florazio orders are prepaid and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once production has begun.
For personalised mats, we ask you to carefully review all names, words, spellings, and details before submitting or approving your order. Florazio cannot offer a replacement or refund for errors in information provided or approved by the customer.
If something isn't right
If your mat arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us at hello@florazioliving.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs and/or an unedited video showing the product and the issue.
Once reviewed, if the issue is accepted as a manufacturing, printing, fulfilment, or transit-related fault attributable to Florazio or its delivery process, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund, as applicable.
Please do not send a product back to us without contacting Florazio first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
A note on natural coir
Coir is a natural fibre. Small variations in colour, fibre texture, pile, surface character, and appearance are part of the material and may differ slightly from one mat to another.
Natural coir may also release some loose fibres, particularly when new. This is a natural characteristic of the material and, by itself, is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on the natural tone of the coir, printing process, lighting, and screen settings.
These natural variations make every Florazio mat slightly individual and are not grounds for return or refund unless the product is materially defective or materially different from what was ordered.
Prepaid orders
All Florazio orders are prepaid.
As every mat is prepared after an order is confirmed, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
